ABOUT JAA CONSULTING

JAA Consulting was born out of my passion for partnering with clients from diverse sectors on their biggest strategic planning, social impact and storytelling challenges in ways that build trust and realize their goals for people, the planet and prosperity.  

 

Clients value me for my deep listening, collaborative spirit, and drive to innovate, which I credit to having worked with, and learned from, incredible leaders, mentors and teammates throughout my career, as well as my unique background. 

 

I have agency and client-side experience working with some of Canada's largest brands and supporting senior leaders and executives across education, health care, community service, sports, arts and entertainment, professional services and international development sectors. I also have a graduate diploma in social responsibility and sustainability from the University of Toronto, a master's degree in media, culture and communication from NYU, as well as extensive training in project management, change management, and diversity, equity and inclusion.

I'm passionate about diving into the unknown and helping to chart actionable plans toward success while anchoring every commitment, discussion and deliverable with my values — empathy, equity and empowerment. This passion and action is also reflected in my thought leadership, as well as the recognition of my graduate work with UofT's President's Capstone Award in the category of Advancing Social and Environmental Responsibility / Sustainability.

Ultimately, I co-create with clients to help them realize shared value with and for their stakeholders and partners, and to fulfill my personal and professional commitment of catalyzing a more equitable world and regenerative planet where prosperity is accessible for all.
